The front door lock has been giving me a hard time for a few months now, but I insisted on unlocking it time after time without calling a locksmith. But last week when it took me 20 minutes of pure struggling to open my own front door, I decided I couldn't take it anymore and called Lous Auto Locksmith. We scheduled for later that day and I was told that from my story it may be a simple maintenance job or I might need a new lock, the technician will advise me on the spot. Well, when the technician arrived he had no choice but to change my old lock to something a bit "more modern". Thank god!! The new lock is working all fine.

I've been searching for a lock system for my business within the JC area. After dealing with a few companies that either were unfair in pricing and some who wouldn't call back or even show up for an estimate I contacted Tim and he showed up exactly at the appointment time, gave me a fair estimate, and even installed everything that day. He was even able to provide another service of evening securing my business even more. He is professional, honest, timely, and he keeps his word. I wouldn't recommend anyone else if you're looking for a locksmith.

Stopped in here to get 2 copies made of a key that doesn't allow duplicates without a letter of approval. They checked my letter, made the 2 copies and I was on my way. Nice and simple and pleasure to deal with. Friendly staff and cute dogs behind the counter.
